Was sadly very disappointed with Blue Mountains Carpets. Very nice at first, but we constantly had to follow them up, there were delays, the original flooring we ordered wasn’t available and then on the day we were treated extremely rudely by the contractors they used. The floor itself is nice, but the scotia contrasts badly with our kick boards, despite advice it would look ok. Overall it was a poor experience and I’m not happy with the final product.

Blue Mountains Capet and Flooring made it possible for me to have my family stay for Christmas. Our home had been damaged by sewerage after heavy rain and the process of getting the insurance pay out had been tedious. I only got the acceptance of the claim 3 days before Christmas and with care and quick problem solving I was able to select from available stock and get the carpet laid today. The carpet layers were so polite and quick at their work leaving me with a beautifully laid carpet and a home ready to welcome family. Thank you so much for such excellent customer care.

Chantel and her staff were on time, very reasonably priced and had a large selection of carpets for us to choose from. The carpet layers were on time, very polite and efficient with their work. I had the best experience with this company. Their quote was quick, reliable. They were very helpful with timing of installation bringing it forward when there was a cancellation. I had carpets and hybrid boards installed. I was pleased with the people who came to install but particularly impressed with Daniel and AnneMarie. They did a beautiful job and sent me photos all day. Had a great experience getting carpet installed on a staircase and two rooms in my loft.
Nothing but professionalism and good advice from Chantel and Jamie ( measure up and in-store), and installers Matt and Jessie.
A great price ( better than down the hill in Penrith). I was quite a difficult customer - I kept changing the install date, but they happily accommodated my needs.
I would definitely use BMC&F again, and give them my highest recommendation.

We were so impressed with the service, professionalism and installation of our floor by Blue Mountains Carpets and Flooring. We obtained such fantastic service from Jamie and Chantel in the showroom and at our home with the measure and quote, and they were always willing to help every step of the way, from product and colour suggestions to budgeting and finishing touches.
