Advance Flooring have done a great at my place twice. First replacing carpet with with floating floors and 4 years later replacing tiles with exactly same colour floors ( just placing it over old tiles). Very well done with fine finishes and a very reasonable price. A very happy customer.

Aeron has been a Very unprofessional Person. Extremely rude with his attitude and was talking to us as if he was doing a favour. Did not pick our multiple calls and extreme delays to reply to our SMS. I am so happy I did not decide to choose and saved on wasting any more time. @ advance flooring good customer service is the key to success.

Very bad communicator. Have had flooring for just over a couple of years. Flooring coming off the seams in various places and also have been peeling off. Aeron told us that it is as a result of water spillages. Areas affected are in places where it is unlikely for water damage to occur.
On another note, his installers failed to remove the dishwasher and lay flooring underneath and adjust the dishwasher height as is normally the practice (advise from other installers). Aeron refuses to fix this and now we are stuck with a faulty dishwasher that we cant remove and repair. This will cost us $600
