Excellent customer service from phone booking to getting checked in. Libby was very helpful and the guy (sorry I didn’t get your name!) great advice. Who knew getting a storage unit would be so exciting (perhaps been in lockdown too long 😜thanks Libby!)

I would like to thank the staff at Storage King Rozelle for making our move so seamless. Libby Keck is an asset to the company and I have not experienced such a genuine warm, friendly service with such a high level of customer service. She really made our whole experience so easy and straight forward. Moving during Covid is stressful enough, however their processes were clear to ensure we were safe, the facilities are spotless and it is well organised and the service from the team was exceptional. Nice and clean. Friendly helpful staff. Delivery dock good but small. Economy lighting in the aisles which is good enough for navigation, but doesn't light up the units enough to work in them without another light source.

Storage King Rozelle are one of the most friendly and professional outfits in the area. Priyal and Libby are both superb at their job and nothing is too much trouble. Priyal really went the extra mile manning the forklift to get my 3.5 ton consignment into the unit. So happy I found these guys and I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but praise for Storage King Rozelle. They have always strived to offer me what I require and staff is really friendly and supportive. Used facility for approximately a year and a half. It was great to have assistance at all odd hours. The space was clean and I felt that my things well watched over. Access was very easy too. I would definitely use Storage King Rozelle again.
