I used Storage King Alexandria on a couple of occasions over the past several years and their quality of service was consistently outstanding. Always flexible, willing to go the extra mile to help you out, even with things that typically would be out of their scope of responsibility. On one occasion they oversaw a move interstate when I’d already left Sydney - nothing was too much for them. 100,000% recommend!

Excellent customer service throughout the quote and booking process as well as moving in. Alex in particular was very helpful and professional, working with the removalists, providing me with details of security etc and ensuring I had all the right information and my questions were answered.
My only flag is that some storage units are quite far away from the loading dock and up some stairs, so factor that into your removalist times and maybe ask the Storage King team for details so you have a good idea of the distance and any stairs before you arrive.
Other than that I feel that my stuff is safe

The team at SK Alexandria have just been brilliant when I recently had to store my household goods at short notice. The hassle of moving is never easy, and the staff at Storage King Alexandria were able to assist throughout the entire process...from collection to storage, as well as provide materials for packing and expert advice along the way.
