Not only did the guys installing our split system aircon do an excellent job in a difficult site, but it was a joy to be around them while they were working. Thompson supplied and installed a ducted system on a house I built. Their workmanship and service was notch. So i decided to get them out to look at 5 years room airflow fault I had on my principal place. Even though another company had installed this system, 3 callouts they couldnt find the fault. Thompson located the fault in 1 visit. Highly recommend Thompson Cooling. Great company to deal with. I hightly recommend.

I had Ducted installed into my 2 story townhouse and trust me when I say it was not an easy install. When other Companies said it was not possible, Matt told me it was. The guys turned up early, worked hard and got it done and it works fantastic. They were professional and left my house clean and tidy and definitely went above and beyond on this one.

There are plenty of good aircon companies out there - we had them quote on installing ducted into our duplex. On the most part, they all seemed to be much of a muchness.
The final quote we got was from Scott at Thompson Cooling. Wow! This guy wasn’t interested in taking our money... he simply wanted us to consider all of the possibilities,… including details on where/how to install the hardware. We have used Thompson Cooling three times now and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. All the team are friendly, professional and punctual. This latest install was in our apartment and was not the easiest of jobs, the guys offered up some great solutions to make sure we got the outcome we wanted. Had Thompson Cooling install our ducted aircon last week. Right from the start Scott Thomson was professional and knowledgable. When I arranged for a quote I didn't expect the owner of the company to turn up. The install was a breeze and the guys did a great job and even removed an old split system in our lounge room. Do yourself a favour, obtain quotes from other companies and then give Scott a call. Highly recommended.

We had no air con in one office. Thompson charged $180 service call (even though our business is next door to their office). Thompsons' solution was to shut off every other vent to force more air into the said office. The problem was not solved and the air flow was very noisy.. They were contacted again and did not respond so I ask another company… to take a look. The problem was found immediately as the duct had come off in the roof and the cold air was being pumped into the factory.
When I approached Thompson today, they said the ducting must have fallen off after they had looked at it
