We were looking for a company to installed a ducted AC and chose Smarter Air. Their pricing was good and were very professional. The install was quick, they arrived when they said they would with a big team of people. Considering that there was alot of cutting involved, the house was clean when they left, all the ducts line up nicely. Would definitely recommend Smarter Air.

Excellent company from start to finish. Quote was obtained quickly and price for an AdvantageAir ducted system was way better than other companies. Installation team were great. They were polite, friendly and were not trying to push unnecessary fixes on me for our ducted air conditioner. They were happy to explain things and did a complete inspection on my unit. I chose this company to quote on a 10kW ducted air conditioner because of positive reviews. After installation, I can say they've earned their 5 star rating. They turned up for the quote and installation when they said they would. Had systems in place to ensure they had the right parts for the day. Consulted on options of placement. Installed efficiently and then cleaned up. Less than a day. Most importantly, the air-conditioning works flawlessly.

Our old system kicked the bucket and Phil took the time to measure and quote a great system that now services my whole home (previously there were always hot spots). Installation exceeded my expectations, they were quick, efficient, clean and respectful, even replacing a couple of my roof tiles they noticed were cracked. I also appreciated that they provided a detailed quote that I felt was well priced and proved to be well worth the expense.

Deciding to go local, we contacted Smarter Air for a review of our outlets due to a concern raised by another tradesperson. Ben came around and offered advice that was professional and objective. As a follow up we booked Smarter Air for a professional service, clean and inspection. Due to a very poor initial installation of our 4year old ducted… system, our ducted system needed a lot of repairs. Thank you to Chris for his work and understanding in drawing up a scope of works and to Ben and Ryan for their hard work in repairs and in getting our system working efficiently
