Text-top - This consisted of a knockdown to the existing residence to establish the brand new construction of a three-level high end residential home, with an in-ground swimming pool to the rear of the property. Extensive ground works to the property inclusive of excavation works, isolated piering, contiguous pile walls, concrete (slab on ground) and shotcrete to create the underground structure of the basement.
