We engaged Nexgen in 2013 to complete a first stage renovation of our heritage terrace, with the plan of a second stage renovation at a later date. Based on our first experience, we again engaged Nexgen to complete the second stage of the renovation in 2018.
The first renovation, completed by Nexgen in 2013, was a great success completed efficiently, on-time and budget. Ward Phillips, the Project Director, was approachable, offered many helpful suggestions and coordinated the project to ensure the project completed beyond our expectations. The various tradesman that worked on-site during the renovation period were first class.
Since 2013, we have had the benefit of living with this completed renovation. Over the subsequent 5 year period, there has not been a single issue surface with any of the building modifications. Over this period of time, we have even more appreciated the quality of workmanship and skill that went into the original renovation. Our terrace has been a wonderful place to live since completion of the first stage renovation, and much of this has been due to the character and quality of the first renovation.
Come 2018, we had no hesitation in engaging Nexgen again to complete the second stage renovation covering other more complicated areas of the terrace. This time we engaged Nexgen to complete both the design and construction of the modifications. Again, Ward Phillips has been the Project Director and has overseen the project from early design to completion. He delivered a great design which has subsequently been constructed with optimal workmanship and efficiency.
Based on our 2 experiences with Nexgen over 6 years, we have no hesitation in highly recommending them for both design and construction of building projects.

From our first engagement with Ward from Nexgen constructions, Ward's communications skills made us feel comfortable and confident to proceed with our project. After having interviewed several builders, we felt that the communcation and transperancy that Ward showed, gave us the confidence to proceed with building our family home. Ward made the delivery process an easy and non stressful as possible. Ward's team all exceded our expectations in delivery, time, scope and cost. Further more the attention to detail was never compromised and the overall finished product were a credit to Ward and his team. We have no hesitation to recommend Nexgen Constructions and we plan to use them again on our next project.
