We had East Keilor doors install a $1000 dollar security door at our office. The lock stopped working within 2 weeks so we contacted them to come and have a look. We emailed, sent sms messages and called (10 times ) with no response. Our door can be opened by anyone even if it is locked.
Today we gave up on them and called a locksmith to look at the door. They fixed the problem within 5 minutes at a cost of $165 dollars.
This company seems professional whilst they have your deposit and wait for final payment, then they disappear.
Not impressed.
