Went in to ask about a front door and was enquiring about what types of glass I could have and what styles of iron work I could have. I asked if the door was solid wood and what type of work etc so I can make an informed decision. The guy questioned me saying, what is it you want. The tone and manner was so rude I knew right then that there is no way I will buy a door from him and I will certainly be sharing my horrible experience.
The lack of customer service and fact that I seemed to be taking up his time just shows what sort of business it is.

Got a quote for internal doors, front & security door & glazing to sidelights. Paul couldn't install all in one day as such requested a part payment for work completed. When l confirmed amount paid & outstanding he changed the balance, despite me presenting original written quote. Obviously underquoted on the glazing. Was really underhanded about it, stating certain items were extra when previously they were included. Workmanship was shoddy, split timber from not pre drilling, doors that didn't line up, holes drilled right through timber, screws left everywhere, empty packets left in cupboards

I personally would not use these guys again at all. We ordered a new front door that had a clear finish put over the top. While the door was being hung i noticed a stain on the door that looked like it was a large water drop and the clear was put straight over the top. I questioned the guy about it and he said ah it must have had it there from the factory , so instead of him returning the door to the factory he decided to finish the door off with the clear and install it hoping we would not notice until he had gone.. I brought 5 doors from Paul for Pick Up. Great service in the shop, assisted with Glass Selection from a manufacture, assisted in the coordination of glass purchase pick up and install. Assisted with good knowledge on door selection. Great prices and must cheaper then other large commercial companies. Will be using All Doors again for the rest of the house. Thanks Paul and Missus Paul.

I had an unusual request that ALL Doors accepted. I had an old door I completely wanted replaced, however, I wanted to keep the glass panels. This was a bit tricky for them, but they pulled it off beautifully. Thank you ALL Doors!! I will be recommending you to everyone. I've already had comments from neighbours and others (in one day!) Below I have photos of how my door looked 2 weeks ago VS today :) They have turned my front door from frumpy to Elegant. I'm very pleased.
