Firstly I was told we would receive shutters within 10 days of order. Once paid for I was told it would be a lot longer than this!
Shutter canopy arrived damaged. No instructions in pack. Wrong instruction video sent. Took my installers over 12 hours to install as no one would answer the phone and when they finally did they sent the same wrong video 2 hours after the call and at 5pm when they said the shop closes.
Rude staff and very unprofessional.
Taking the case up with ebay.

Very happy with the two garage doors that we purchased two years ago, and so far very happy with the after sales technical support. Doors and remote controls have stopped working a couple of times with various beeps being heard from the control box. A quick phone call, and the advice and guidance has been superb. We would definitely use them again.

I used these guys to supply a garage door in my old house, great product at a fantastic price. I've read the comments on the support and aftercare which is what has lead me to write this review. I had some problems with my receiver box after a few years of ownership and the support was great. When I originally purchased the door there was also lots of support and advice as I was installing myself. Would definitely use them again, and will do at my new house.
