Terrible Experience!
After an insurance claim for a damaged bottom panel on our garage door was made in February, we finally have the result we were after now in December.
Bob and the installers that visited our property were fantastic and were the only shining light in the whole process.
Unfortunately we were let down by those behind the scenes.
We paid our deposit on the supplied quote in March and upon notification, 2 weeks after, that they had received the funds, we were told they would be in touch as soon as they have an update (assuming the 7 week delivery time).
After not hearing anything

Fantastic company to deal with.
From the very start I received good service from the girls in the office to book a quote with Geoff the salesman who comes out in his fully decked out van with working samples to view. Wait till you see this van, and Geoff certainly knows his stuff. Promptly back with a very competative quote and the office girls again worked with me for an install date that was convenient.
Paul the installer was just brilliant, obviously done this many times before and paid attention to detail which I look for. First class work.

Ordered our panel lift door in October having been promised by the owner they would have it done by December.
No contact from them at any point but after following up multiple times in December was told they now had the door in stock but wouldn’t be able to install it until February.
Come February they show up with the wrong size door and say I guess we can’t install. No apologies and no follow up until the next day when they called to ask if they could install the wrong door which would mean adding metal flashings reducing the width of our opening. We told them no we want the door we ordered

I had my Garage Door for 10 years, until it broke down and stopped working (I neglected it by not getting regular servicing).
I called up AllStyle Garage Doors to get it repaired and to get them both serviced. They were fantastic!!
The lady in the office was very nice. She booked my appointment promptly.
The technician arrived on the day and was extremely friendly. He did an excellent job fixing and servicing the Garage Doors. They both work perfectly now!

Our experience with All Style has been first class. From the initial measurement and quote to the installation their service could not be faulted. Once the door was ordered the office staff kept us informed of the progress. When the door had been delivered to SA we were given a choice of installation dates and the installation was carried out in a very professional manner.
