Oliver and Chris attended my property today to replace a glass sliding door. The quote I was given was nearly half the price I was quoted from another large glass installation company. They showed up ten minutes early and waited for my wife to return home from school pickup. Whilst at my premises these gentlemen were nothing but respectful to my wife and kids. They went above and beyond with there service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sent out young boys who were inexperienced. Job was to retrofit one new custom made window. They had to come out twice to fit the new window. First time it was not set flush with external wall. The boys who did the job said they set the window so it would fit on the inside of the house, not hte outside!! Water could get into the wall now and there was a gap. There was no flashing on the order and were going to leave the window with broken bits of cladding exposed, with a header too short for the window. Then I was told it was a mistake by the boss, they would have put the flashing on, but I didn

One of the best tradie experiences in my opinion. I got timely communication from all the staff. And they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Oh and the screen doors themselves are really great (got 5 doors done in total). So much more secure than our old ones and they did a great job figuring out how to fit the screen door with our wonky extra protruding door knob. Highly recommended.
