I called Glass Repair Brisbane seeking assistance with a repair. I was rudely responded to with ‘no’, a moment of silence and then the man on the other line promptly scolded me. He then hung up on me before I could respond.

A big thank you to your business for fixing our glass sliding door. Staff were friendly and professional over the phone and in person, arrived on time with a smile and made a broken door into a not so stressful event which I really appreciate.
