Dean came over to fix what I thought was just a blocked drain. I’m very thankful he pointed out the sink pipes were also leaking.
He was very professional, friendly and polite. My issue was very quickly sorted once he found what the problem was. I would definitely recommend his business.

Dean and his team are professional, friendly, on time and did great work. I needed electrical work as well as a new hot system installed and he coordinated everything for me with 24 hour notice.
The tradies call and sms 30 mins before arrival, always on time and left the space clean.

Dean was very informative, friendly, and had gone beyond expectations, to even replace a pipe free of charge after resolving my issue with the leaking garden tap. Quick to reach out, flexible to my availability (both coming to quote and do the job) and professional the whole way through.
Quality work on the day by Simon. Quick, no fuss, and some of the highest quality work I've ever come across. Really impressed with not only the change out but the clean up of dodgy piping done by a Tier 1 builder. Simons work was second to none.
Highly recommend and will be keeping the number for the boys at On Time handy.

Contacted On Time Plumbing Melbourne - Northern Suburbs for emergency plumbing repairs that occurred late in the evening. Dean was very professional, arrived promptly and provided excellent service with honest advice.
