ProRec Plumbing has always used flexy hoses for our plumbing connections and have never had an issue from a flexy hose that we have personally installed in our history. However, don't underestimate the failure of flexy hoses. The first braided stainless steel flexible hoses came onto the Australian market as far back as 25 years ago and quickly became popular with the plumbing industry.

I had water leaking from somewhere on my property into my neighbours property. ProRec came out within a week of my call, shifting around some of their standing commitments to accomodate me. (Other companies couldn’t even bother returning my calls namely Pro-Action Plumbing and Melbourne Plumbing Group). We found the sneaky leak and once again ProRec were accomodating in getting to repair the issue within 2 days. Service was great, from communication through to punctuality and quality of repair. Highly recommended.

Massive thank you to Aaron, Neil and Ricky from Prorec Plumbing.
The family home is up for auction in two days. Due to recent weather events there was a small river flowing from the front garden.
Rick and his responded right away, were on time, professional, knew exactly what they were doing, kept us informed - and were reasonably priced.
They also went above and beyond. Knowing the house was on the market, the team brought top soil and grass seeds with them to ensure the front yard was put back in the best shape it could for the upcoming auction. Not what you'd expect from your average plumber

I highly recommend Prorec Plumbing solutions. Ricky and Aaron are very friendly and professional to deal. They manage to come to my place to assess a water damage on my roof and issue roof report for insurance company with a short notice. They came on time and determined the cause with no fuss. Excellent service I will definitely use them again for any further roof problems.

Ricky was super nice and did a superb hot water install - made sure to do the job right, and was super honest when the suppliers delivered a slightly damaged unit, and went out of his way to still see the job through (at his own time expense), even though someone else was at fault. Genuine bloke, highly recommend.

Moved into a new house only to find that our toilets were blocked, called up Ricky and he had a member of his team out to our house within an hour.
Got everything cleaned up quckly and they also checked over everything else to make sure we had no likely problems in the future.
