On services charged by the hour lunch or meal breaks will not be added to the hours only Rest breaks (Crib Breaks) (Tea Breaks) will be included. If it's an hourly service the minimum charge of the services booked will have to be paid upfront and for all fixed charges a full payment is required. If it is an hourly rate service will be charged at the end of the move if it is a fixed price payment must be paid 24 hours before the booking date.

If you are using these guys try and get an accurate quote as they took 10 hours to move us 40 mins down the road - only the heavy stuff,. Should have taken 6-8 hours - company confirmed this, although they said they advised we have a 3rd removalist help. There was an issue with a power line being too low for the truck, but even so, removalist spent most of the time in the back of the truck, not sure what they were doing.

This company was able to respond to my request very quickly and had ample moving crews available. The price was right for what I wanted. Unfortunately, the two movers almost destroyed my office desk moving it. It's a decent and solid piece of furniture too. Instead of taking the desk apart, they tried to carry it up two flights of stairs. They had to put the desk on its end and it almost collapsed. Then when the desk got stuck on the second flight of stairs, they bashed it apart and ruined all of the joins. Now the desk is a mess. They put a mark on the wall too. When they started going up the

I will never recommend this service to anyone. They looked at the furniture and said they cann take certain items when i have clearly given the items prior. 2 guys were so lethargic and i had to get a 3rd guy. 1st 2 hours were low rate so they worked so slow. Have done the move before took 5 hrs and this time it took 11hrs cos they were pretty slow and i had less furniture. When they came to the new house they wanted us to remove the front door. If any damage to furniture they are not responsible. What a joke. When i showed them some scratches it was not their fault. None and my bbq machine half

Just had a move from Melbourne to Sydney and I can highly recommend the company. They did an excellent job and was very careful with all our stuff. Staff was very courteous and worked hard. The boss for the removal was Fadi Hanna and I am very pleased with him and impressed with his professionalism and speedy move the long way from Melbourne. His assistant, who’s name I missed, was equally good and did not complain at all about the multiple heavy book boxes. They couldn’t believe we had actually read that many books.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Wouldnt recommend. Have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have always paid on time to finally be able to remove my furniture and have chips and cuffed marks all over my new antique furniture. On moving day I pointed it out to michael who took photos and said atheer will speak to me about compensation. Till… today atheer has wasted my time and effort. I have been following up and never hear from him. I speak to the reception more than him saying he will get back to me. I can tell you I have not received any compensation and just the ran around. Fabulous removalists. A big thank you to Sizar and Atheer for their hard work, even with bad weather- such lovely guys. They arrived on time, and introduced themselves to me as representatives of AA Furniture Removals. They took a quick look around the house, to see what needed to be taken first, and off they started. They wrapped all of our items, and put them into the truck so safely. They finished in better timing then what was estimated by the girls in the office, which were also wonderful!

If you’re looking for a removalist, these are the people you should call. From start to finish, AA made moving a breeze. Ange was very helpful and friendly in setting up my move. The guys came promptly and they were very courteous and friendly as well. They took good care of moving our things and even suggested how to fix a wobbly table I had.
