Wish I could rate 0 star if I could!!!!!! Booked a week ago for moving , paid 100$ deposit and delayed from 2pm to 6pm. Reassured me they could make it on time at 6. And then called me at 7pm saying they couldn’t make it and gonna reschedule for 11pm?????? No punctuality at all, never trust it anymore.

Do not waste your time with this company who now goes by the name Simple Moving, they are only out for themselves. They loaded the truck very slowly on purpose, it took 2 men 2 hours exactly to load 1 small truck. Then 1.25 hours to unload it. Both ground floor apartments a 3 min drive apart.
The truck was too small, I take some blame for that but also I did list what i had when i made the booking. Because they worked so deliberately slow, I did not want to give them another cent. However, after 3.25 hours and knowing 1 table, 1 microwave and around 12 boxes got left behind, I asked if they could

The guys who attended to help us move were amazing. They were right on time and very thorough. They worked so hard and were so helpful, double checking where we wanted things, connecting our washing machine and fridge, and putting the chairs around the table.
They were really lovely and friendly and very professional. Booking olivia’s removals was easy and could all be done via email and phone (even on a weekend). Price was great. We are so grateful to the team for making our move an easy and seamless process!

I used the moving service of Olivia removals for moving my stuff to storage near my home. The guys came a bit earlier than scheduled and started the work after I agreed on the start time. The team moved the stuff very well in my opinion as I could see them working well especially to get our big couch out of the door that was a bit narrow. Anyways the dropoff was done quicker as there was better access and huge flat trolley to load up and move to my locker. The guys finished the whole job in less than 4 hours and I was glad by the work they did.

Olivia removals delivered great service for the price they quote for the hour. The team finished the work in 4 hours and made the move from the CBD to Port Melbourne very smooth. There wasn't a lot of items to go but there is a lot of walking distance they had to handle. Nonetheless the guys were consistent and finished the work without any issues.

Nice staff member took my request down for a move from Altona to Richmond. All I needed was a small truck and a two man team for this small job. The guys who came did a wonderful job ensuring the items reached my apartment without any delay. The payment was done before completion of the job like 20 minutes earlier but it was okay for me. My items were wrapped well and strapped in their truck with expertise.

Ordering for a move with Olivia removals was a straightforward process for me. The office takes a deposit of 100$ and then assigns the team and truck for the move. The guys came in their medium truck on time and the clock starts the moment the truck is parked in the driveway. Anyways the guys used shrink wrapping to protect the soft couches and tables from scratches and packed up the items into truck quickly. The work was done in 5 hours besting the time expectations I had.

Olivia removals did my move to my apartment and I can say they did the job as expected. The work was to take some extra stuff at my parents' place and move it into my already semi-furnished house. Nothing too complicated indeed. The company sent Jun and his colleague who worked well as a team and got the items picked up and dropped off in less than 3 hours.

Olivia's removals were great for the move I wanted to be done on a really short notice. I called the office and the move was fixed for the same day. I liked the speed with which they got the truck assigned and completed as per my requirement. The team came in the evening and completed the job even after sun went down. The move therefore was completed without any issues and I appreciate the good job done .

Olivia removals did a packing and moving job for me and I can attest to the work they did. There were two teams who came for packing and moving respectively. The packing took time as the guys took down each item in the house and put into the boxes. Because of the good packing done the moving team who came next day were able to just load up most of the stuff quickly as they were in boxes. The work was done by both teams within the estimated time. The professional work the teams did was better than I expected.
