After much research and deliberation we decided to go with Specialized Solar Solutions. Anthony Igmen was so helpful and patient with us. We really felt comfortable and understood the process and the product we were buying. Nothing but professional from start to finish. It was quite a lengthy process given what our power company had to do from their end and there was about a 10 week wait to get our Victorian Government rebate. I was informed there was a back log of applicants. Everything worked out and now we can help the environment and save $$$$$. I would recommend calling after lodging your

The sales consultant called 30 mins after the agreed time, then mumbled on the phone the entire call. The consultant laziliy asked me questions as if I were an expert, like what rebates I was entitled to, something which I would expect you to explain to me. Then argued with me about the trees in the front of my property and spoke to me arrogantly as if I were a complete fool. Clearly this company is not interested in doing business with you. If this is how they treat me when they are “enticing” me into a contract, imagine how bad they would be once the contract is signed.

From our initially meet with Anthony we knew we had chosen the right company. He explained everything very clearly and our installation, paperwork etc went smoothly with no issues.
I spoke to the ladies in the office a few times also and they were so helpful.

4 weeks ago a Salesman came out to my property for a site inspection and discussion went through installation (some product knowledge). I was told I would receive a formalized quote in a couple of days. A week later I received a call from Salesman to let me know "I haven't forgotten about you and still working quote and design". Appears he has (forgotten) Never received quote and no further contact so wouldn't waste your time not a good start.
