Very unimpressed. We had a split system installed in late May. The men who installed it did a good job. However, they threw away a Bung which diverts water and allows it to drain safely. As a result of this, our concrete path is continually wet and in extremely cold weather, it freezes over, ensuring that we have our own ice skating rink. We have made multiple calls for this to be rectified. It still has not been done. My family has slipped on this on many occasions, resulting in an injury or near injury. As an OH&S representative, this is a major slip hazard. Still waiting for them to come good
