Services
J Marshall Constructions offer you a fully customised Residential Design and Construction service. The design and build will be complete with both your budget and your site's attributes in mind. Solar orientation, contour and prevailing winds are all reviewed and discussed with you to ensure your home is energy efficient and comfortable on completion.
J Marshall Constructions offer flexibility and can complete your project to the level of finish and inclusions you desire. They also offer a complete "Turn Key" service, popular with developers of Dual Occupancies and Villa/Unit Developments by providing a completed project including driveways and landscaping, ready for immediate occupation or sale.
We recommend you collate a scrap book of photographs or magazine clippings of ideas, facades, homes or themes that appeal to you. This can be a physical scrapbook or a Pinterest Board. Collect any existing surveys, copy of title, copy of full purchase contract, planning certificate (10.7) or other information relevant to your build.
