Over the years tiled roofs begin to look worn, weathered and old, which can bring the look of the entire home down with it. Roof painting is a key way to add value to your home while completely revamping your house. Single-handedly, roof painting can be the fastest way to renovate the exterior of your home.
Roof restorations are essential to maintain the integrity of your roof and should be carried out every 10-15 years. Queensland's hard climate slowly wears the coating on your roof down, leaving your metal and tiled roofs bare and exposed. Not only is this unpleasing aesthetically, but having a roof without a protective coating for an extending period of time may be costly!
Metal roofs will begin to fade and rust over time, resulting in the need of a metal roof restoration. Brisco Roofing specialises in both cement tile and metal roof restorations. Our team are highly trained in metal roofs and are educated to know exactly what products to use to ensure the best roof restoration results for your roof.
To maintain the integrity of your home it is important to restore your roof every 10-15 years. Tiled roofs will begin to loose their protective coating over time, leaving the tiles bare and exposed. Should the tiles be left for an extended time bare and not recoated the tiles will become brittle and easily broken.

Really glad we went with Brisco for our tiled roof restoration. Great value for money, you really do get a top quality finish. Gerry and Shane did an amazing job on the clean and roof restoration, we knew that there were about 10 tiles that needed replacing and after the clean the boys ended up replacing about 50 tiles.
The Apex's on my roof also… cracked under the high pressure clean so these were replaced with brand new, stronger Apex capping tiles. Ged gave me confidence that his team would do whatever was needed and that they don't cut any corners. They grinded back all the existing

Very impressed with Brisco Roofing. From quote to job finish impeccable service from Jed and the team. Always kept us informed and did a terrific job. Our house looks like new. They managed to fix a leak we have had for 20 years and no one seemed capable of fixing, but Jed managed to solve our problem. Well done guys.
