Update:Took over 4 months to repair our issue but it’s now done! You need better after sale service & repair!
Terrible after sales service!! Be careful!
Had battery operated motorized blinds installed - one with the recharge battery behind the actual unit where no one can get to it!
We have been calling and emailing for 2 months and no one is bothering to come out to repair! Now with fair trading..
BE Careful to check everything works BEFORE they leave as you won’t see the again!

All Shutters and Blinds did a great job! Wassim El Chami was fantastic & quick to respond to inquiries which we really appreciate. Some minor hiccup during the measurement but was sorted out quickly.
Our installer Ewen (or Yowen) is a legend and very professional. Overall, we were very happy with the outcome!

Exceptional Service from both Wassim (sales) and David (Installer) I had 3 quotes and decided to go with All blinds and shutters based on the professionalism of the sales executive Wassim. I had completely confidence and was not disappointed as my shutters look amazing. David when installing was extremely pleasant, efficient and impeccable with his attention to detail. 10/10 Excellent customer service from Wassim. He was quick in replying inquiry on-line and rang me directly to answer my questions. I just had my shutters installed on a large window and they look fantastic and fit like a glove, the installers were great and really friendly. I would recommend these guys. Thanks team.

An easy experience getting measurements and quotes from Wassim at All shutters and Blinds. Booking an installation date was very quick, the lady on the phone was very accommodating. The installation was a simple process and the transformation of my interior is incredible. Plantation shutters have changed the way my house looks, I could not be more impressed.
