Eric Gilmore and the entire Quality Roofing staff (office, back office, sales, management, and installation) were exceptional!! The roof as well as the process leading up to and including installation was very methodical and transparent--I was aware of and understood every step of the process. The biggest thing I like to point out about Quality Roofing is the certified relationship they have with the shingle manufactures. This relationship brings to Quality's customers the best warranties in the business--up to a 50 year workmanship warranty.

The guys showed up before dawn and were ready to go at first light. They installed my roof in one day and it looks great. They cleaned everything very well and repeatedly went over my lawn using the magnet to pick up stray nails. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. My only negative was the cost but that is due to the pandemic and inflation. Their bid was right in line with others that I got. Thanks for a job well done.

Awesome job guys! Neat and tidy. Prompt (ahead of schedule, actually) and expedient. Polite and diligent. Hunter brought Fracisco and his team to get the job done and it took only two days for a house, a small yard barn, a large yard barn and a special roof for our flat pitch den and tool room. They did a great clean up and hauled it all away. The office staff was terrific. Very kind and helpful. Highly, highly recommended. Oh, and they even called me back on the weekend before we got started and stayed open late to wait for me to get to their office. Very accessible.

I looked for months for someone to repair a storm damaged metal roof on a rental property I own. I got several estimates from people who either wanted to replace the whole roof (it is less than 5 years old) or who just never got back to me.

Thank you to Chuck and Jimmy, and Jimmy’s entire roofing crew, for such professionalism. Started early, on time, finished early, same day! Their attention to detail, quality of workmanship, professionalism start to finish, nothing left undone. Our new roof looks amazing! They also did an amazing job cleaning up the yard and even put everything back where it was before starting. Allen, Miguel and crew are a solid team. They were on time, quick and efficient, and did a thorough clean up when done. When they arrived at the house, the crew went to setting up while Allen and myself went over the particulars of my roof and my situation. He kept me informed every step of the way and ensured that the information was passed on to Miguel so he could lead the crew. An extremely professional crew performing a high quality job. The crew of Quality Roofing Solutions were fantastic. They arrived on time (exactly) 11am as they were coming from Navarre they had a later start time.
Quickly started the job and worked flat out until they took a lunch break.
They we’re back at it and finished for the day late afternoon and cleaned up the old roof tiles and debris. They also used the metal cleanup roller for the tacks which I so appreciated as we have 2 cats and 2 dogs.
They started promptly at 7am and completely finished early afternoon including all the cleanup again. My roof is gorgeous! We are so darn happy with having

We had used a different roofing company for a different house in January. And had nothing but issues with them. Quality Roofing were referred to us by Karen Kilpatrick - our neighbor. I called and spoke with Eric, from that moment on everything went so smooth. They were so very helpful with fighting with the insurance company for me and even going far beyond what I expected them to do.
