Services
Pointing is a special elastic concrete that goes all around every ridge tile on your roof. The pointing helps to seal these spaces and work as an esthetic material to make your roof look smooth. As soon as the old pointing starts cracking, it would be a good idea to check and repoint to avoid further damage to the concrete bedding under your ridge tiles.
Washing system that consists of water only with any additives or chemicals. Pressure cleaning is ideal for concretes, roofs, bricks, cement, and metals. Pressure washing cleaning removes all the dirt and mold that these materials accumulate due to weather conditions and time. If you want to wash driveways, pathways, walls, or roofs, this is the ideal solution for you!
Solar panel's efficiency depends on how much sunlight they receive. Dust, mold, and dirt are usually on them, blocking part of the sunlight, making them lose efficiency and power. This will depend on each situation, but regular maintenance and cleaning of our solar panels are always recommended to maintain their performance 100%.
Skylights, just as solar panels, accumulates soil, dirt, and mold, which, in the long term, damages the material and affects the sight through it. It is always annoying to look up and do not see the sunlight because of that dirt. Ass soon as you start seeing dirt accumulated, it is good to clean them to avoid further damage.
Trees growing around your house can get bigger than expected. Branches and leaves can start squeezing gutters or getting on top of your roof, breaking tiles, clogging downpipes, and filling your roof with debris. Tree trimming is always good to consider once the tree's height starts being taller than your house.

80 year old roof tiles were covered in lichen, moss, dirt. After about 3-4 hours of power washing by Vinnie and Serge 90% of the detritus was removed. Before and after photos are attached. Their price was very competitive. They are friendly and easy to deal with.

The guys from Monkeys Roofing were very responsive n efficient. Mine was a very big job as we hadn't cleaned in a while, They did a v professional and thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. On-time and very happy with attitude n service. Also went the extra mile to put away stuff that were in the way. We are very happy with end result and will definitely hire them again.
