Two emergency call outs and a large number of keys to be cut to meet a deadline. On both call outs the same locksmith was on time, friendly, efficient, did good work and was happy to give advice. Very late in the afternoon at the shop , I was very well looked after. High quality keys were all cut and cost was very acceptible. Many thanks to you both. I will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Never give work to this useless one man band! I bought a property with lock & keys supplied by this company last year.
I've tried to have spare keys cut for over six months now and have got the run around (or no response at all) every time. At one point he said "he's too busy" to cut my keys, then he decided to cut them if I came around to his office (home) "after 5pm", then he changed his mind!
Now I have to have barrels & keys replaced by another locksmith which is a headache and costly.
Of course I will charge back the costs to this fool through small claims court!
