I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and called around a couple of locksmiths to help me get back in. One initially said they would charge $180 but then refused to come because I wouldn't be able to let the locksmith into the car park and it would be a bit complicated getting to my floor (not sure how most people who lock themselves out of secure apartment blocks manage these tasks!). Tom from Scope Security didn't raise any issues with the fact I lived in an apartment and said he'd get someone round within half an hour. Sure enough, Paul arrived quickly, with the help of a neighbour

We recently replaced all the main locks on our beach house. Tony from Scope security was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable about the best digital lock to use for an air BNB rental. I cant recommend Scope Security enough for reliability and friendly professional service.

We needed to update the locks on our security doors and windows. Contacted Scope Security and Tony was available to come out and give a free appraisal and provide options for us to consider that will meet our needs. Tony took the time to understand what we were looking for. Most impressed that he was able to give us the lower cost option and the work was done without any issues and work was done to a very high standard. He also followed up to make sure we were happy with the job. 10/10 !

I have used Tony at Scope a number of times for both emergency and ongoing maintenance works. On every occassion he has been on time, courteous and professional. He has also taken the time to fully clean up any rubbish or debris resulting from the work completely, which is rare from previous experience with other tradesmen. The work completed is always of the highest quality and I trust that I am being charged fairly for each job. I would highly recommend Scope for any locksmith or security work required.

With the lock on our front door needing to be replaced we contacted Tony at Scope Security. Tony was fantastic, he replaced the lock and made us some spare keys on-site.
