I highly recommend Mirage Hardwood Floors, most especially because of the people I’ve dealt with, including Sandy in Customer Service who led me to Jim McManus in Regional Sales. Jim was highly responsive and incredibly courteous. He resolved a very challenging situation for me that was not at all Mirage's fault and went the extra mile to coordinate with manufacturing and the distribution channel to resolve the situation. He made things happen when I couldn't get resolution. Wish more companies had people like him.

We had the Mirage line maple hardwood flooring for our home, for over 11 years already, and floor still looks solid and shining. I am so glad that I chose this upgrade when I bought the new home.
But, there are a few rooms that we didn't upgrade and now want to change to the same maple floor but found the local supplier here (in Oakville, Ontario) charge a premium price, likely due to its low volume sale???
