Bathroom modification wasn’t done properly. Not happy with his work. Left my house in a disgusting mess after “finishing” my bathroom. An unwanted gap was left between the ramp and the house which is very dangerous as I have great-grand babies that visit the house. Panelling on the wall was a cheap and nasty job. Big fat ugly bolts were put into the gold handrails instead of the proper screws. Bath left with glue marks. My full length mirror I wanted to keep was smashed and not replaced. Things I asked to keep were thrown out. My carers second this motion, as they are getting
