Our first meeting is all about you being comfortable and confident with our Design Team. At this meeting we encourage you to share your ideas, dreams and aspirations. We thought Pivot's whole approach was very professional, with an easy-going and competent work team. The house build progressed smoothly throughout 2020, even considering the challenges of covid, with the supervisors readily available to assist with any design aspects and resolve any matters that arose.

From the moment we met with the professionals at PIVOT HOMES we knew that this was the company that we wanted to build our new home. We had not been involved in building from scratch before so we were delighted to discover that the designers began with a clean slate and listened very carefully to our wants and needs. At the interview, they will tell you how well they can achieve your house with your budget and show you few houses that they build in the past that is in the price range.
However after you pay the deposit and excited to start the planning journey, the design they make can over budget 500k+ so that you been force to change the design or reduce your expectation even though you have a clear floorplan and design to show them what you want before hand.
It is either false advertising or advice and lead customers into a way that they have to compromise.
Do NOT trust what they say at the beginning.

Unpleasant experience, during our third meeting they make us feel uncomfortable by told us that they need another $500k more for our build, we strictly already told them within our first and second meeting regarding our budget and show them the design and floorplan that we would like to build and Peter told us it achievable until we paid the deposit. Dishonest, unprofessional and charge top dollars.

We were looking at building through these guys. We loved there single story “Torquay 35” design and had previously talked to the sales lady at their display on unity drive, Armstrong creek and she was really helpful. We went back today to get another idea of room sizes and the feel of the open kitchen/living as it is similar to the design we liked.… About half way through looking around the salesman who was their today had a massive go at us for measuring how big the bedroom was so we could compare to their other design. He made us feel so uncomfortable that we left straight

We're in the process of designing our new home with Pivot and can't believe how amazing the whole crew are. If you truly want your dreams to come true, you'll be amazed how Pivot can turn your ideas and concepts into a design (and then a home) that is a reality. None of the hidden pitfalls or costs like you hear horror stories about - just a… devotion to quality and craftsmanship.
