Deposit taken mid December. I didn't know but they hadn't done the actual measure until after I chased them in February. Didn't ring to confirm. Didn't start.manufacture till I chased againTold me they were installing on Saturday morning . Didn't turn up. Didn't call or make contact. Didn't answer the phone.

NO don't recommend... service is so bad. Went in gave plans picked out blinds etc. Nothing heard nothing back. Went in a week later was told quote be there that afternoon. Again nothing rang 12 day's later again nothing husband rang 14 days was told definitely quote be there that after noon. Still nothing... Not happy... Tried staying local...As we like keeping our money locally and would of been spending we'll over $15,000. Not happy!!!

From our first enquiry to getting our blinds and shutters installed, ahead of schedule so in time for Christmas, every interaction with Helen, Esther, Ash, Chris and Rod has been professional and pleasant. As we live quite far out of town rang to get a rough price over the phone the lady refused to give a rough estimate and basically laughed in my face when I explained I was calling around to get rough prices and had already received some off other companies, she refused to believe that. I found her to be extremely rude!
