Services
We listen to your needs and gain an understanding of your personal tastes. Additionally we carry out a thorough site assessment - each garden is designed to be specific to you and your site. A good garden design should provide connection both physical and visual from the house to the garden. A garden should provide spaces for entertaining, relaxation and play.
This is to discuss what you hope to achieve from your garden and for me to familiarise myself with the site conditions, existing structures, trees, aspect, views, slope, sun, shade, privacy, wind etc. Following this meeting a fee proposal is prepared, which will outline the scope of work and services to be provided.
The Landscape Plan will include a full planting schedule, specification notes and landscape details. In addition I can advise on finishes and garden ornamentation. The final Landscape Plan is suitable for Development Application and Construction Certificate applications to Council, if required. The Landscape Plan is suitable for the homeowners, to carry out the work themselves or to give to landscape contractors to quote and construct the works.
