They are very helpful, reliant and efficient. Shopped around and came back as their prices are reasonable. Dong was always attentive with his workers and customers to make sure all was ok and running smoothly also once job was completed he checked in to see if we were happy with everything and any questions just to call him.

It's been an amazing, hassle-free experience with Mr Dong and his Team @ AA Plus Flooring. Not our first time using Mr Dong, it's been great since the first time in 2016.
Mr Dong is Punctual, reliable, repsonsible, friendly, professional, great to deal with.
Quote is reasonable and competitive pricing ( I don't think I can get such great price anywhere else!) Mr Dong even reduced my final price at the end as we are also renovating the kitchen so the space was uncertain = never had this experience with any other trades before (most trades will just look to charge you more! ) . This shows Mr Dong

We used these guys to do a new area including a massive kitchen living dining area. Dong was our contact and he was always punctual, accurate and left the area clean. He came to my property,
did his measurements, supplied a quote. We agreed on a install date. The workers were fast and tidy and overall I am very satisfied with the product and the work. I would definitely use these guys again if I needed new floors again. Also the price was great too, I got quotes from a few different shops but the hybrid stonefloor was the best product imho in terms of looks and quality of product and I was happy

The laminate used was great quality and looks like hard wood. Tony gave me great advice on how to save on some costs and the quote was very competitive.
