Our business has been operating since 1977 and our current owner Daniel Jones has been in the driver's seat since 2009. Daniel began his career in 1994 under the wing of Dennis Loudoun at Bevelite Glass in Girraween. After completion of his studies, Daniel decided to work closer to home back in the Hawkesbury at Windsor & Richmond Glass in 2000.
Fast forward to 2009, an amazing opportunity arose to purchase the business, which Daniel took and Windsor Glass & Glazing was born! So incredibly happy with this service. I had a window replacement carried out. I called this morning (in the middle of lockdown mind you) and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule. The man who carried out the replacement was lovely and so efficient and skilled, and the lady I spoke to over the phone was lovely too. More than anything, I was very happy with the price. Windsor glass is great value for money with lovely customer service. I'd highly recommend to anybody.

Slow.. then when given excuses blaming couriers - organise new day to pick up.. then get called that day and get pushed back until following morning..
just turned up this afternoon to pick up.
Get told still not ready and do I mind waiting an hour?
Do I mind?!! He’ll yes I do!
Who’s to say that hour doesn’t turn to another day or week.
Left shop angry and disappointed.. been told try again tomorrow it will be ready.
Needless to say never again.
Glad I only paid for my little shower - going elsewhere for the larger 2 I need

Wonderful customer service!! We don't live locally and had never dealt with them before, but the team were fantastic at helping out - way above and beyond - to ensure we got our stove glass repaired and back to us no in time. Great communication. We were also really happy with the quality of their work too. Highly recommend!
