After my Son passed I had nowhere to store his belongings til I went online and found "Jim Self Storage" Williamstown. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Storage to you (Public) as I'm sure others that use them would. Jims Storage has been the perfect solution to the complex process of organising the contents of a 6 bedroom house, selling up and translocating from Victoria to Tasmania.
While initially trying to estimate the best size option for my needs I received excellent advice from Jims which certainly saved me some money. Access was very easy, the security system was reassuring, the space clean, payment simple and fees surprisingly reasonable.
Nearly every day for 3 months I was working in the space moving furniture and boxes in and out without any problem. On the final day when the removalists needed

Got a new storage unit. Was able to enter the facility twice. Tried to enter a third time (on a Sunday). Pass code wouldn't work.
There is no after hours contact number.
I have removalists coming at 7am tomorrow, but the office doesn't open until 9am.
So, I have no way of accessing my storage unit (which supposedly has 24/7 access).
UPDATE: We were able to get in contact with Jim's about 45 mins (and a few more calls) after we were locked out.
Apparently, the system had our storage unit listed as being vacant (hence our password didn't work) instead of occupied.
They re-set the system and
