Overall the storage and service was good but it costed me 350 dollars extra to move a big book shelf that they refused to take on the moving day. This costed me a lot financially. It also caused a lot more stress on the moving day. The reason was a serious mis-communication at the beginning. I was told to make sure all my furniture meet the height and width of the box, which I did. But on the day they gave me some new information I was not given before. They said, even though the book shelf fits the height and width of the box, it can not be put horizontally and when put vertically it doesn't fit

I have had fantastic experience with Ezebox, Jamie has been an organised and very patient, helpful person towards my enquires and set up my moving very well from the day 1. I really appreciated Ralph in that morning when I needed to transfer some stuff from box 1 to box 2 (I have 2 boxes), he was helpful and even attentive towards my stuff to make sure it would be not affected while moving on the road later to my place, I would never had that great experience before with other companies. Absolutely fantastic! Helped us out in a really tight spot when we had left everything to the last minute!. We had not even considered storage for our big items and literally planned everything at the last minute. However, there was no availability anywhere. Then I called Ezebox and everything was a dream from there. Jamie is awesome, super friendly, and very accommodating. Be very careful using this storage place. What started as a great relationship has gone very sour for us. We used them when we left to travel around Australia for a year. Initially they were reasonably priced and the chaps that packed us up were fantastic and very professional. It’s once we left that it became a problem. Just after one month they put their prices up 30%, which was a bit of a shock happening so soon, but there was little we could do so we took it on the chin. Then 7 months later they again raised the price by ANOTHER 30%. That’s more than a 60% increase in less than a year.

Would not recommend this company at all.
Not professional, hard to deal with and took forever to refund a months storage fee after I had removed my goods.
They dinted my fridge and i provided them with quote to replace the door as repairing is not an option. I sent this over a month ago. They are yet to respond. I had used Taxi Box in the past and they were fantastic. I wanted to use them again but due to the location, they couldn't do it.

We used Ezebox for over a year. We had constant communication about any changes being made during covid, giving us a chance to cancel if necessary. If we called they would always call back in a timely manner, and when we needed to get everything delivered asap: they made it very easy to have the delivery go ahead sooner than the weeks notice. We… chose to pack and unload ourselves, but the driver was always asking if we needed anything to make the transport easier. Great communication, good price and not a single item was broken upon delivery. Highly recommend, and would absolutely use their

The team completed part one of the job yesterday (loading the boxes and taking them to storage) and I'm very pleased with how it went.
Matt and Jacob were professional and very efficient, and extremely methodical, fitting a lot of items into the three boxes I had ordered.
I am based in the Bass Coast, and some of Ezebox's competitors simply don't provide their services to regional Victoria, so I was especially grateful for this service.
A very big thank you to Jamie who coordinated the process - lovely to speak with, very helpful and solutions-focused.

Suited my needs, simple storage solution. I didn’t have anything too heavy to pack which is good as the box stays on the truck when you’re loading and unloading. They provide a ramp and trolley to load the Ezebox & give you an hour to load it up. My lock that I paid for had to be cut off as they had changed the lock. All up though they are well priced and cheaper than other storage box’s so if money is a factor I can recommend Ezebox

Using Ezebox was fantastic. Our driver was very friendly. The dimensions of the box were slightly smaller than what was online but still perfect for my needs. We also were under the impression the boxes would be unloaded at the premises but instead stayed on the truck so we had to load and unload via a ramp. We worked it out and we’re very happy with the eze box storage solution.
