I called JBerg on Monday afternoon as had power out to house nearly all day. It was the last straw to an already challenging day. JD was so kind when I spoke to him on the phone. He even fitted me in between jobs which I'm so grateful for. He was so calm & professional and sorted out what the issue was (hot water system under sink). He even tolerated my bit of a potty mouth as it had been a long week already. I'm not proud :/ Will definitely keep using JBerg. Very sorry for the swears JD if you read this.

Very reasonable and competitive pricing, on time with air conditioning quote and job start and completed job on time. Always communicated well, advised of any unforseen issues and if minor did not charge extra. Discussess the options and provided alternatives as well as the recommendations.
