Dan was excellent, friendly and professional, provided some great tips and info regarding our unit, and cleaned up after the job was complete. We had a great experience with Southside Aircon, right from the very thorough initial advice and options we received from Anthony both over the phone and at the measure up/consult meeting onsite. On the day, when installers and equipment deliveries arrived it was a clear it was going to be a big job involving a lot equipment, people and moving parts and I left for work a little nervous about it. Anthony gave us an update call during the day which was appreciated, and got home to a perfect job, and they took the time to vacuum and clean up any plaster/sawdust/finger marks on the ceilings etc. In

Our Aircon decided to cease working after recent storms right in the middle of a Queensland summer. Called several companies the next day looking for a repair/new installation and Southside Air-Conditioning was by far the most responsive & friendly. Nothing was a problem. Jess on the reception was so helpful with clear advice and just went the extra mile. Charlotte was the same just awesome. Mick attended shortly after & sorted the issue. Provided suggestions all of which were in our best interest. From start to finish 10/10 and 5 + stars without a doubt. Any future issues this company is my go

Mick and Ben at Southside helped install an upgraded control system for our ducted aircon system. The price was very reasonable, and they were thoroughly professional. Ben even spotted a few maintenance issues while he was here and fixed it up on the spot. Would happily recommend these guys.

We had the team come to our site office and install an aircon. Great service, were always on time with SMS prior to appointments to confirm their ETA. Both admin and tradies were professional and helpful and the aircon works brilliantly! Would definitely recommend, we will be using them in the future.

Really professional and friendly service, they arrive on time and get the job done. We hadn't had the system cleaned since we moved in, it was quite a mess but Josh did a great job at clearing everything out so that it was in good working order. We also had problems with the install of ours AC, and Josh was able to pin point exactly where the issue was and we were able to get it sorted. We are now booking in for regular services with Southside Air-conditioning!

So happy with my new air conditioning from Southside! They were so easy and professional to deal with. Jess in the office was really helpful and sent me an estimate straight away. The installers were so organized and great to deal with. I'm so impressed by their work and the absolutely perfect job they did that I show it off to friends because i used to project manage for a construction company, only using the best trades and checked their jobs to make sure it was perfect, but this job is the best i have seen. Would recommend these guys to anyone without hesitation. Thanks heaps!!
