We initially tried to use a well known floor company from Croydon, only for them to take 3 weeks to quote me on the wrong coating, quote the incorrect floor space, and then take another 3 weeks to tell me they couldn’t do the job.
Needless to say we had several other trades waiting on the floors to be completed.
