The Solar Service Guys have been a pleasure to work with. I've been engaging a lot of contractors over the last 18 months as we have undertaken renovations on our house and I have no hesitation in saying that the SSGs are the safest, best quality, friendliest and most professional of them all. I needed to get my existing solar panels moved for structural roof works and then reinstalled. While other solar companies were not interest in my project or offered only new equipment the SSGs delivered exactly what I wanted which was a high quality re-install of my existing equipment. The Local (Brisbane) branch of this group have been amazing. The service technicians were very polite and professional. The service was very thorough and the resulting report, all 27 pages , spot on!
When making a query regarding the follow up work the customer service over the phone was great.

What a great service! They took the stress totally out of getting a warranty repair on our inverter. The report they prepared was thorough and conclusive which made it difficult to contest. The replacement Inverter arrived within a week of the report and was installed the next day. Thanks to Jefferey, Ryan and Melissa for taking our problems away. Don't hesitate to use these guys!

The Solar Service Guys were extremely helpful in handling a claim to replace faulty Trina panels under warranty. The office staff, in particular Melissa, kept us informed of the process and the service guys who installed the replacement panels were courteous, efficient and very safety conscious. I would recommend SSG to anyone thinking of installing a solar system.

SSG provided a really good service. It was quick and easy to book and they gave us lots of useful information. It was the first time we'd had the solar panels cleaned and checked since moving into our place 2 years prior and their we found their service packages easy to navigate and competitive. We'll definatley be keeping up regular maintence with them!

I’ve got a 9.9kW solar installed by a contractor who was recommended by someone. Long story short, he didn’t finalise the connection to Energex and my power supplier and left. I’ve received Solar Health Check from Solar Service Guys and they sorted it out for me. Really appreciate. Highly recommended.

I was very satisfied with the performance of the Solar Service Guys when they turned up to service my solar system. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my solar system, even though it was not one of their installs. I was also happy with the quotes for repairs and a possible replacement system, although I have not purchased from either from them at this stage.
