New solar system: Matt was patient in explaining different options to me and scheduled the job despite the Christmas rush. His team were professional and installed a solar system at my property without any issues. He stills responds to my emails if I have questions. Overall, I think clear communication and being a local business are 3D Energy's strengths.

I found Matt and his team via Google and read the positive reviews. Given Matt was local, I thought that he would be more likely to respond and show up (other electricians did not).
Matt and his team are friendly, fast to quote and organise services and are very helpful. They also take pride in their work and clean up at the end (seems obvious but not always done by others).
I certainly would recommend 3D Energy and won't hesitate to use them again.

Solar System install and commissioning is the subject here.
Firstly - the owner of the business runs the business and does the design thoroughly. Matt was on the roof with his tape measure before I even knew he was here. That compared to the majority who go to the internet only. Matt uses and recommends high quality components also.
Secondly - the installers did not tear into anything - they were careful on the roof and took enough time to make a neat job of the install. I had a roof repair guy up there to re point my terra cotta tiles after they finished and he was very complimentary of the

Matt & his team did our warranty claim for the faulty solar panels which were originally installed by another company, the removal and re-installation process was of was done professionally and on time. Matt responded to all our queries promptly. Matt and his team were easy to deal with and left our property tidy after the installation. Matt also provided great after install service. Matt from 3D Energy provided excellent advice and service when we were installing our Solar System. He spent considerable time going over the returns to expect and the installation was professional and hassle free.
