Arlyn was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
The staff - initially a site visit by Ervin and later the installers were excellent and professional and did really great work that exceeded my expectations. The bench top looks great.
Even when I damaged the sink, I am thankful that Arlyn & staff managed to source another one that really saved me .
Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.

You have been most unhelpful. Firstly, I can wait till after lockdown to replace my bench tops I never said it had to be done right NOW!!! Secondly, you told me that you have sooo many in stock that you couldn't possibly tell me what you do or dont have even though I have chosen 6 and you don't have any of them.You seem very, very lazy and I doubt that you own that business as you have just lost them thousands and I will get to the owner and let them know how incapable you are at representing their business. If you do own the business then don't offer a service that you are not even slightly interested

We had never done a kitchen renovation before so we shopped around before committing to Regal Stonemason. We chose them because of their advice, guidance, reasonable price/quote, positive reviews and overall great customer service. ...believe me, other quotes from stone installers were ridiculously high like they were saying, "here's a clueless mug".
Arlyn was so helpful! She answered 100 of my novice questions with patience and kindness. We changed our measurements several times as we were deciding the size for our island and had to put the job on hold while getting some additional cabinetry

They did a very bad job in my kitchen. I asked for them to repair the serving bench stone window, however they found excuse why I should not repair it. I’m still waiting, two years, the window in kitchen can’t open because the serving bench is not in level and one side is too high. Berry disappointed

I would highly recommend using Regal Stonemasons! We used them for bench tops in our kitchen, pantry, bathrooms and laundry and could not be happier with the results, they look amazing.
The whole process was seamless, Arlyn and her whole team are a delight to work with and went above and beyond to help us finish our project.

Our bench top came ahead of schedule and installation staff were professional and efficient. From Irwins thorough measurements to Arlyns excellent communication via the office to Nikko and his team who came to… install as well as Michaels carpentry expertise - the whole process was a pleasure due to their professionalism and product. The people from Regal Stone are all very polite and professional. From the Office where Ernie and Arlyn toggles to ensure all customers are attended promptly to Irvin who does the measurement and through to the installers who are almost perfectionists in their approach to details.
I have not had any work done in my house that is without hassles except the work done by Regal Stone. Irvin took hours in measuring, consulting with me on the exact location of taps and inbuilt soap dispensers to ensure the finish product is how I want it to look like. I asked for adjustments on the final measurement
