To date we have finish 99% of our domestic jobs in 1 day, allowing for minimum disruption to you and your family. Yes, But it is not ideal, as the end result is not always as good when you don't start with the original sub flooring, some things to think about are, do you get a warranty for your new flooring, will doors need to cut down, will your dishwasher still fit under your bench top to name a few.
Special attention should be paid to ensuring the information you provide is as accurate as possible. It should also be noted that the condition of the sub floor is unknown until the floor coverings are removed. We do not guarantee that repair work, at your own expense, will not be required prior to relaying of flooring eg.

The guys were prompt! 😃 Incredibly friendly, yet professional. Explained clearly any possible complications and that doors we’d taped up would possibly need to be opened to allow access to tiles slightly… underneath. Gave us an approximate finish time - which was spot on! When we walked in the floor was clean, even the skirts and our federation doors were clean! There was no damage. 😃 Yes there’s a fine layer of dust in rooms that needed to be opened but nothing compared to what I’ve seen and heard from other people who’ve had tiles removed with different

Luke and Steve arrived on schedule and removed about 50 sq m of ceramic tiles for us. A complication was that some of the tiles were on top of cork tiles, and some were laid on mosaic tiles. The guys removed them all in a single day, and left a smooth concrete slab, and no mess. Our tiler was impressed with the quality of the finish and the speed at which it was achieved. If you want a great job done quickly for a good price, Hammer and Grind are your guys!

I asked for a quote for a tricky job. Luke took the time to call me, talk through the options and then strongly advise me that it was probably not the best option for our situation. He offered alternative possibilities, none of which would give him work. Luke could have just taken the money and left us with a complicated expensive mess to sort out. A true gentleman tradesman. I will certainly be recommending him to anyone who needs advice or tile removal.

Great blokes to deal with, very professional prompt and there work is first rate. Just had them take out kitchen and laundry tiles. They have done slate and tiles previously for us. The floors came up great… last time and will again this time.. It's nice to deal with tradies that are good at their job, clean up after themselves properly and make sure the customer is happy.. thanks Luke and Steve..

Were looking for building materials for our home renovation. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.
