Definitely would not recommend to anyone. It took 2 emails, 1 text message and 3 phone calls to find out a price on one tile only to be spoken rudely to by their sales representative Faris, as someone who regularly uses tiles for projects I will not be buying from Academy Tiles.

Buyer beware. Academy tiles promotes itself as a superior supplierof imported tiles. I waited 4 months for my tiles ( after a guaranteed maximum 12 weeks) only to recieve a product that was definitely not colour i had requested. The staff there had no interest in my complaint because i had already paid in full prior to receipt and blamed me for the error. I think that asking for a particular colour as shown on their website should be clear enough. Never again
