Apart from the obvious problems with restrictions caused by the Victorian lockdowns in Sept-Nov 2021, the staff made every effort to install the window units before Xmas 2021. The windows are excellent quality & were expertly installed by the Blue Sky tradesmen. The installation was done with minimum fuss & disruption. I lived in Germany for a year where these style of windows are everywhere so I look forward to many years of reliable service. Thanks Blue Sky!

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with Blue Sky Windows. We wanted to replace two windows in our apartment and we have been told that it would take 3-4 months. We paid in February. I contacted them at the end of April and they told me that the windows would be installed in July (with 3-4 months delay from the original ETA). I then contacted them in July and they could not give me any ETA. While we understand that COVID could have an impact on the supply, what cannot be tolerated is the attitude of their customer service. They could not maintain their promises and instead of understanding

In 2019, Blue Sky made and installed double glazed windows for half my house, because it is too close to an increasingly busy road. I have been so pleased and impressed with the reduction in noise (peace and quiet at last) and with the speed and effectiveness of the installation, that I placed a second order for double glazed windows for the rest of the house.
In fact, because the rear windows face the morning sun, I asked for that window to be triple glazed. Am I happy with the outcome? Totally. The triple glazing only allows 3% of the heat to enter my house as well as blocking traffic noise

Installed my whole house with these windows (60sqm in total).
Great quality product. Customer service was great.
I arranged my own installation which wasn't easy as the carpenters didn't really know how to install the lift and slide windows or glaze the windows. Also needed arrange a crane due to the size of the glass.
So I suggest getting them to supply and install.

The final product is fantastic in the harsh conditions of Mt Hotham.
I specified triple glazed and there has been a noticeable difference to the internal comfort of the living areas with temperature and noise reduction.
Great customer service and the installation was excellent with great attention to detail. I'm more than happy to recommend Blue Sky Windows.
Now i just need to finish of the trims and reveals!

We contacted blue sky looking for a cheap window to replace our broken bathroom window. They sent us a quote by picture only! After that their worker came to take measurements and they installed us a new window 2 weeks after, earlier than promised.

We had new windows installed upstairs by Blue Sky Windows. The team at Blue Sky were very accommodating and helpful in selecting the right windows for us. The quality of the windows are good and we are happy. The support after purchase has also been amazing where they resolved a minor issue the next day after we raised it.

Living on the top floor (3 levels) of an inner city Melbourne apartment, it was always going to be difficult replacing the rotting timber windows.
I shopped around and did price comparisons on Aluminium - single and double glazed options as well as uPVC. Having travelled through Europe and the UK, I knew how good uPVC would be but was worried about the price of them. I discovered that Blue Sky WIndows were slightly more expensive than single glazed Aluminium windows and was well worth the additional money (the cost for double glazed uPVC windows were pretty much on par with double glazed Aluminium
