At the house I just purchased the rear stacker sliding doors had a recessed handle giving very little grip and were heavy and hard to open/close. As well as a good range of options in their showroom James came out and gave me some good advice for a solution and I was very happy with the handle I purchased and straight forward to fit and resolved the problem.

Was desperately looking for parts for my broken door handle and being late on a Friday, nobody had them. Fortunately Style Finish were open and they were super helpful, would recommend them as a solid business to deal with. Plus I found a suitable replacement handle for future additions.

I was greeted by Stuart and Kristen that went out of their way to help me solve my Door handle Problems.
The range of products they carry far exceeded my expectations and something odd that i needed they had in stock.
After trying other stores around the area STYLE FINISH was the most helpful.

This gem of a door hardware shop is a great experience! Hidden away in a suburban street, it has everything you need for your doors. In addition, Stuart gave me exactly what I needed - some springs fit internal door handle - and he fitted one on the spot. Moreover, he didn't charge me! Fantastic service!
From now on, it will be my first stop any time I need something for doors.

Chris from SFD reached out and assured me that they have taken necessary actions to prevent this sort of instances recurring. It demonstrates his professionalism and diligent approach to customer service. They do have a great product range and I would recommend SFD.
Original Grievance - "Visited the Moorabbin showroom on 18/06 and emailed the specification and plans for a large project to Brendan while I was there, was told to expect a detailed quotation within a couple of days. Called them on Friday 21/06 as I hadn't received anything, was told to leave a message for Brendan. Didn't hear anything
