Arthurs Storage has approximately 360 Storage units with various sizes to suit your personal needs, plus a huge uncovered and undercover boat and caravan storage area. State of the art security measures ensure your property is secure and safe. Monitoring 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week and an electronic security fence surrounds the entire site.
For extra piece of mind, Arthurs Storage through our Partners Midland Insurance Brokers and CGU Insurance, offer low cost insurance cover for your goods in storage. CGU are a wholly owned Australian Insurance Company and provide direct access to their claims department should you incur a loss. Insurance is optional and not a condition of rent.
Self storage is a convenient, safe and inexpensive way to store your belongings. Our Site Manager, Sal will be happy to assist you choose a storage unit that fits your needs. The goods you place in self storage spaces are the sole responsibility of you, the owner. Goods are not insured by the storage facility.

Wont be using this company. After being spoken to rudely on the phone. I decided to go in in person. I was Ignored for at least 10 minutes and when I finally said something the older lady in there replied rudely and abruptly when i asked to speak to the manager she said I AM THE MANAGER ! Ill take my business elsewhere thanks

I was with Arthur’s Storage for over 3 years and could not highly recommend any company more. Sal was wonderful to associate with and went beyond the call of duty when I locked myself in and with any problems I had she was more than happy to work with me to sort them out. Free trailer use was also very useful & convenient. Very secure & clean location. For me it was a 10 out if 10 experience

I came in today and no-one was at desk there was a sign with a number to call, I rang couple of time but no answer
A lady called me back saying she was from Arthur's storage I had said that I had come in but there was no-one there
her reply was I already spoke to you
my reply, I haven't spoken to anyone
her reply yes I spoke to you,
mine was no I haven't
hers, yes I told u I was at bank anyway what would you like?
my answer was no I never spoke to you and you know what cause your so rude I'll go elsewhere thank you.

I have been using Arthurs Storage for well over a year and I have to say what a pleasure it is when I have to come into the office, nothing is ever to much trouble as the onsite Manager, Sal is eager to please and extremely helpful. So much so that I recommend this facility to anyone I know, including my son and daughter in law who had to use the facility recently after the sale of their property, they were very happy with the service and the help and patience of Sal did not go unnoticed. I only wish that other organisations had the helpful and courteous staff at their "front end" that Sal provides

I was going through a terrible time in my life and needed to store my belongings.
As soon as I stepped foot into the carrum downs store I was greeted by a lovely lady sal.
She not only helped me find a affordable stronge unit but made me feel so much much with her support and care she showed me.
Many times I would go into my storage unit for work items she was always there to put a smile on my face.
What a asset she is to your company !!!
I have also recommend alot of my friends now they to have storage units there as well.

To the lovely Manager Sal behind the desk, not only did you help my nephew super quick by organizing a unit for him, not only did you have the TIME the SKILL and the EFFORT of doing all the hard work for him, but you provided me with peace of mind, exceptional customer service skills, always returned my calls within minutes and was very informative guiding us all the way!!!
I cant belive how a complete stranger was so passionate and dedicated to help us out!!!
