Enzo at ASR was nothing short of fantastic. His friendly professional manner coupled with his extensive knowledge of the industry and product options was amazing and we are extremely happy with the quality of work and the products he installed. He has offered continual support after the completion of the job and stuck to his word after a minor issue occurred (due to user error not the installer) when our place experienced a power outage. I installed a CCTV and intercom system. Enzo is very knowledgable, offered expert advice and listened to our specific needs. He executed his job professionally, installed all the apps into our mobile phones for outdoor monitoring. He took the time to explain the app functionality. The apps notifications work perfectly as intended for outdoor monitoring which makes us feel safe when we're away from home. We just love our new systems that Enzo installed. Enzo was fantastic to deal with. Had a break in and he was able to come out the day after and give a quote (other companies didn't even pick up the phone). Took a walk around the house and knew exactly the requirements. Best thing is that he is always available for ongoing help as well. Would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for a security system.

I am a repeat client of Enzo's. There is a very good reason Enzo and ASR Security Services consistently get 5 star reviews. He has the best technical knowledge, ability to get the job done and is a genuinely lovely person. My CCTV went down and I spent 2 days reading the manual to fix the problem. Next time I won't bother reading the manual as it took Enzo 5 minutes to fix the issue along with a smile. Thanks again Enzo!

I received a quick response to the initial query about my alarm. Enzo arrived on-time and his advice and upgrade to the security alarm was A++. He even took the time to walk through using the new alarm app and helped setup all the users. I would strongly recommend ASR and look forward to using them more in the future.

Absolutely fantastic. We moved to a new business premises and the insurance company advised we had a very short time frame to get security installed, or we would be covered for a measly amount.
I asked around as to who was best, and ASR won hands down on the word of mouth referrals. I emailed them late Tuesday evening, Enzo emailed me back straight away and came out Wednesday lunch time. Enzo was immensely thorough and went through all of the options available, and provided honest advice.
