Our emphasis is on service - the size of your order has no bearing on the quality of attendance you will receive. Our staff give undivided attention to your every needs whether your order is big or small. It may take one visit or five visits to ensure your colour selection and tile specification is perfect for your requirements.
Since 2003 when Exclusive Tiles first offered to donate and renovate the bathrooms at Newport Primary School with tiles hand painted by the students, we've supported over 15 sporting clubs and schools. At Exclusive Tiles we are dedicated to giving back to the community that supports our family business.

Doing reno on a budget but still want to get the look, so been searching for months for the patterened floor tiles for wet areas but couldnt find ones within budget. Then I found this store. They had the exact same products that I've been eyeing elsewhere online and in stores with the best price!! and then they gave me more discounts for buying lots. THEN because all the tiles wont fit in my car, they added delivery. The delivery guy was really friendly and making sure all tiles were stacked neatly in my house. Loved all the experience of buying and dealing

Not a good experience. Ordered and paid for feature tiles 3 weeks ago to be picked up on the 30th June. All trades were lined up to follow tilers.
After chasing up delivery with Lachland several times I was told they would be delivered on 30th or 2nd July.
Called at 830am on the 2nd July and was told I would get a call back from Scott within an hour.
I had to call again at 1pm to be told the order was lost!
Scott apologized and said i would have to wait 3 more weeks.
I had no option but to cancel the order.
I then wanted to bring back the tiles that matched the ones i ordered from my first
