We had our security cameras installed today by Andrew and Nick and they did an amazing job. Very professional and they were great with explaining how the cameras work and the software that goes along with it. From the first phone call to book the quote, through to the install, the service by the ladies in the office and Andrew and Nick, was second to none. Many thx to Kylie, Andrew & the team for helping our body corp complex by installing the cctv system. Andrew was very skillfull and promt throughout the quote and install process. The team helped us many times with after service questions. When we ran out of warranty he offered to talk us through on the phone with troubleshooting without charging any service fee. Sue the receptionist that looked after me was very present, nothing was too much trouble, and quick with responses. When I got my 6 cameras installed they did such a good job and the system worked soo well that I got another 2 more a week later. I would definitely recommended Pacific Security Group to anyone who is looking for security cameras.

I had a new store opening in west end and had the pleasure to deal with the pacific security team. They provided a security package for my business which included CCTV an alarm system and alarm monitoring. It's been 2 months now since the install has been completed and I'm absolutely happy with the equipment and customer service. After a nearby attempted break-in, we went to Pacific Security for advice (as had many of our neighbours). Great customer service. They took time to understand our needs and to assess how best to protect our property. Our Hik vision CCTV security alarm system can be set easily from our phones, using a remote control, or the slimline and compact control panel installed on the wall. The Bosch Alarm and back to base monitoring provide extra peace of mind. Highly recommend Pacific Security if you want a security system tailored to your needs and budget.
